Bought this washer 2 years ago from day one this has been the worst washer we've ever bought and ever used tried everything to get get clothes cleaner and our whites just won't come clean I've tried everything in stores far as laundry detergents, it just don't turn enough from agitator my opinion to work out dirty clothes been like this since took out of box I've owned many Amana products but this washer machine has totally got us stressed out I give $599 2 years ago brand new in box just doesn't preform like it should ...Amana is great product but I've got a very disappointed washer machine and now gonna have to buy another washer machine because this one won't do what it's supposed to do...

Bought this a few months ago and hate it. It doesn't put enough water in to get all the clothes wet. Tried only putting a small armful of clothes in it. That didn't help any. It just puts less water in it then as it auto fills. And if you actually had clothes that got dirty with actual dirt it doesn't clean them. Another California invention, the water saver. Doesn't save much water when you need to wash them several times. It doesn't rinse all the soap out. Tried using half the recommend amount of soap and switching brands to. But that didn't help. I've had other Amana products and bean happy with them. But not this one.

I bought this machine last year and I WISH I send it back! What a piece of "made in gloves" waste. When rinse cycle comes on, pulls in the water, when finish it drains-no washing! I have to put to rinse and spin cycle again! When it's taking water, now warm now cold switching back and forth, making banging sound. And NO none of my previous machines did that. And NO I am not using too much soap. The only excuse for this waste of a product is just that-BAD DESIGN and waste of my money!

Serouisly, it's only barely luke warm. Actually more to the cold side. I have to let it run on hot to fill half way up and then switch to warm if I want any oily or greasey spots to come out. It fills with cold water for 45 seconds then switches to hot for 10 seconds, can hardly expect it to be warm.

My new Amana washer and dryer are both awesome!!! I have been in my house for seven years and hope to soon remodel my kitchen. My new washer and dryer will have a new spot - soon I hope. All I need now is a new dishwasher - especially since I have never had one!!!

I couldn't ask for a better washer! It holds a tremendous amount of clothes and has a hand wash cycle. I hesitated at first to wash my giant King size (heavy) blanket from my bed because it is so heavy. I just put it on the "bulky clothes" setting, and no worries! It was like I didn't even have it on it was so quiet, and my blanket came out beautifully. I love it, it's perfect!

About a month ago, my old washer started clanging. Because I am the only one who uses the laundry, I phoned a repairman. He informed me the cost of the repair but recommended I purchase a new one. Off I went to the place of business from which the repairman worked. I purchased my new Amana (I also have an Amana dryer and am more than satisfied with it.) and had it delivered by two wonderful young men. After they left, I threw my laundry into the new Amana washing machine and have been using it-at least once a week-ever since. I am more than satisfied with the washer. It fits my needs and does the job.

I bought this machine a couple of months ago and love it. It does not have alot of frills, but I like that. The last machine I had was a high end machine with lots of different settings, which I did not like and the machine only lasted 5 years before I needed to buy and new one. I am really happy with this Amana washing machine.

I love everything about my new Amana washer! The deep tub, the dials you don't have to keep turning to get it to the settings you need. The lock and the lights as to what cycle it is in and how quiet it is! I just love it! I can't wait to be able to afford a new matching dryer!

This machine was bought brand new before we moved into a new house. It has worked great and I haven't had any problems! Our last washer didn't wash everything evenly and I would still have some powder on clothes. Not in this one! Super easy to use and does a great job.

Bought the matching washer and dryer! After my first use had to call and have a different one delivered because it sounded horrible as loud as a freight train! After the second delivery it was no better! VERY DISAPOINTED!

I needed a new washing machine. This one was recommended to me by the appliance salesman,whom I knew. It has all the features that I use and is large enough to hold a bed spread. Best of all it cost less than many other machines and does a great job.

Not much to say. I feel that this machine wastes so much water. If you leave the top open to long you will have to repeat the whole cycle . Also it doesn't seem to get out clothing as clean as previous machines that we have used.

Bought this 2 months ago and am very pleased with it. Has a handwash cycle for your super delicate items, which I love. Clothes come out clean and washer is super easy to use unlike some of the other ones I looked at, which seem to need a manual to use.

This affordable washer has a porcelain wash basket that stays clean after the wash cycle (great!). It functions best if it is not overloaded and will wash king size sheets very well. No fancy complicated dials. It is easy to operate and senior friendly.

From what I've washed so far in this washer, it seems to wash well. There was some sort of greese or oil in the drum with our first load, so some close go ruined (Would just recommend doing an empty, hot water load before washing clothes). We have to find the right ballance for our washer. The load can not be too small or too big, or the washer will make A LOT of noise, it also does not matter what load setting we have on it, it will still make noise. So all the loads have to be a little over medium, but not full, otherwise it's very loud in our apartment.

APPARENTLY SOME WATER TRAPPED DURING TEST OPERATION. IT MUST HAVE FROZE AND EXPANDED THE PLASTIC CONNECTION FOR IT HAD BROKE AND LEAKED. SERVICE MAN CHECKED IT, ORDERED PARTS AND MADE T HE REPAIR. IT WAS RUNNING WITH A LOAD AS HE LEFT THE DRIVEWAY.
