Very poor door shelf

This refrigerator came new in my home 3/2018. Has not been that long. All the door shelves have cracked. The lightbulb went out and we cannot find a replacement. Not one small appliance bulb has worked once twisted in. Was thinking we could order parts but just found out this particular refrigerator has been discontinued. Also our microwave and dishwasher have already needed to be replaced. I would never purchase another of this brand again.

We bought this in June 2015 and we have replaced the deli drawer slide holder on both the left and right sides multiple times now, was told it was cosmetic and that it was not covered by warranty. If it breaks and you are not able to use the drawer....that is not cosmetic!! There is rust stains on the door by the handle. NOW the light bulb has gone out and I called and they told me that it uses a special bulb and its $42.00..... WHO has that amount of money for a bulb?? This is ridiclious. No wonder this is now discontinued. I wish that I would have looked more into the reviews before purchasing....lesson learned. I will never buy another frigidaire product again.

A steady decline in functionality

First NEW refrigerator our family purchased - all previous were included with house or purchased 2nd- hand. Immediately upon delivery, fridge motor was surprisingly loud... but we shrugged and forced ourselves to get used to it. Now 4 years after purchase, I've already replaced the side door racks once, and now the shelves are falling apart. Beyond frustrated, and now it appears I can't even get replacement shelves or racks anymore? Not surprised it's been discontinued. We've never had any temperature or cooling issues at least - which gives it an additional star from the 1 star it deserves.I've had excellent Frigidaire products in the past - I have to think this is a fluke?

What a disappointment

I can't remember exactly when we bought this, but the manufacture date is in 2017, and it is 8/2019. We bought it for it's supposed energy efficiency. I hate this refrigerator ,I am so glad to see it is discontinued, it deserves to be. The door shelves constantly fall off. My huband advised me to only put "light" items in the door. What? Even that is no guarantee. That is in the fridge. The freezer door might or might not stay closed. My kids have eatten many misshaped popsicles from when the door has come ajar. So much for that energy efficiency to say nothing of food safety. What a horrible design. Won't be buying Frigidaire again any thime soon.

2 years old, rust on SS door & freezer stopped

I bought this refrigerator Early 2017, started surface rust on Stainless Steel door. Probably 301-303 SS which means when cold worked iron deposited come to the surface and rust. So a low grade SS was used to fabricate the doors. Now the freezer isn™€™t cold enough to keep foods frozen, even on the coldest setting. This means the refrigerator food is suspect as well.Very disappointed as I have had other Fridigaire products before and they performed well. I will need to call them tomorrow and complain.

Came With Brand New House - disappointed

Dear Customer Service,Last year in October at the age of 60, I bought my first home. Having been a single mom for most of my life, that dream was put on hold, for orthodontics, medical, college caring for sick parents etc I was glad to do it. And at the age of 60 said ™€“these next twenty years (hopefully) are mine.The home I purchased had been renovated top to bottom as I felt I owed it to myself to do it right and have as little maintenance and unexpected costs as possible.In the home was a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator, stainless steel, a real beauty and having never owned a brand new one, always second hand or whatever was in the apartment I rented, I was excited.The excitement started to dissipate after six months when I noticed small rust spots. They were tiny so I didn™€™t pay that much attention as I had been setting up the new home alone, so I had other fish to fry. It™€™s just me in the house so it™€™s not like a brood of young ones are constantly opening the door. Well just under a year and the appliance looks horrible. It looks dirty and I am so disappointed. I had no experience with stainless steel in the past so I didn™€™t even know this could happen. In retrospect, knowing what I know now, I would have preferred the old textured doors that resist stains and fingerprints. This all to say how deeply disappointed I am. Since they were installed by the contractors who renovated the house, I have no access to receipts or warranty information. I would have to believe there is minimally a year warranty. They were brand new though as I had to remove wrap etc. And I would think any company worth their salt, would rise to the occasion and make a situation right. And this is what I am asking you to do.I am asking Frigidaire to stand by their appliance. Either replace the doors with ones that won™€™t do this, or replace the appliance with a non stainless steel. Please consider my request. Within the first week of owning this fridge the shelves would come off the door dumping items onto the floor. It has been almost 2 years now and the shelves randomly come off the door and all the items crash to the floor. Some items have broken. I had no problems with my prior garage refrigerator until it died, but this one does not perform well in the garage. If it is cold outside, the freezer doesn't keep things frozen. If it is warm out, it does. Like I said, I had no issues like that with the prior refrigerator.

This refrigerator doesn™€™t take much room in the kitchen, but even though it™€™s smaller than a double door refrigerator, there is still ample space inside. The way it™€™s designed allows for 2 liter bottles and gallons to fit nicely without a problem. The freezer section also has a good amount of room. It™€™s a very nice refrigerator!
