The refrigeration runs most of the time, and it's quite loud. I can hear in the room next door. Drawers seem like they might break soon. French doors are not even with each other. Not sure if this is due to a leveling issue or the frig itself.

I™™ve had the refrigerator for only about 3 weeks but so far it™™s been fine. Water and ice work, the inside is spacious and it™™s quiet. Some of the door shelves are a little odd shaped due to the through the door water, and less useful because of that, but I have enough room in the others. My only complaint is that it™™s not fingerprint resistant - at all. It marks easily and doesn™™t clean up readily which is disappointing. But it looks nice and works well so far, and I™™m hoping for a long and trouble free run.

SpaciousUser friendly Some of the door baskets are difficult to place items due to size.The ice crusher hasnt worked after the second day. It only dispenses cubes .the left door extends a luttle roo far and squeaks when you open it cuz the rubber rubs against the other door. I do like the fridge very much

I purchased a stainless steel fridge, it's very dull surface, not shiny like my other one, it's working fine so far but I only had it for 2 weeks so far, the crisper drawer supposed to have filter in it, but it's not included, I had to purchase it myself, the water dispenser drips after you remove the glass, which is very annoying, it fits nicely as a counter deep appliance.

I'm not happy with my new Frigidaire. From the beginning it has been too loud and makes random humming/vibration noises. Also, any food touching the back of the fridge freezes. When I called a few time I received answers like, "mine makes that noise too and I just have to get used to it" and just don't let your food touch the back of the refrigerator". REALLY??!!

I have had problems with the refrigerator from day one. The ice dispenser does not work and needs a new part which is on backorder. I regret buying you product. In over 50 years I never had a problem in the first few days of a kitchen appliance.

Been using a Frigidaire fridge in my home for the past 8 years. So, when it was time to shop for one for the new granny flat I started there. I compared to all the other brands but kept coming back to this Frigidaire. There wasn™™t ONE thing that stood out but the combination and flexibility just fit my needs. OH!! But one thing that did stand out was how compact the doors swing open. Important on a counter depth refer. Created no interference with adjacent cabinets or hardware.

We had a similar refrigerator before this one, a Kitchenaid, but the space in the doors and general layout of shelves makes this one better. I like having a spot for taller beverage containers both in the door and in the main fridge area. The water dispenser opening is tall enough for my boys™™ school water bottles and we love the small ice cubes! Looks like our higher end refrigerator that we had before it, but half the cost! Love it!

My husband and I love our new refrigerator. The space is wonderful and meets all of our needs both for entertaining and when it is just the two of us. The real test of a company is when something goes wrong - when the inverter went out Frigidaire was wonderful about getting us a replacement. They worked with our retailer and local repair people. We couldn't be happier with the refrigerator and the customer service. I only gave 4 stars because we had to deal with a service issue within 9 months.

This refrigerator measures exactly as it says on the site, important since it had a space to fit into.Crisper freezes on 37, ok on 39 degrees.Doesn't seem to want to make much ice. Had to contact a repair man today as nothing was made last night. Hated the recorded message to contact someone they recommend since it is only 6 weeks old. Hate that!!!!

So far our Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door fridge has been a good buy. The fridge is good looking and has a decent amount of space and depth for our needs. The only downside is it is noisy compared to our last fridge. There is a low hum that goes on most of the time. We are now used to it and moving on with our lives.

Fully functional, but it's the loudest fridge I've ever had. The fan sounds healthy and clear, it's just noisy. The door storage isn't as deep as it seems so the capacity is limited. Disappointingly, the delivery person tracked mud on my new carpet after refusing to wipe is feet when I asked. ¯(?)_/¯

Our new refrigerator is a perfect fit for out kitchen reno project. It is one of very few counter depth units that met all of our needs with ice and water on the door and an ice maker that does not take up a great deal of interior space. Initially it seemed to show fingerprints all the time but an application of stainless steel polish has cured that problem. Ice maker is slow to fill but is very quiet. Refrigerator shelf locations are extremely flexible, with ours now in placxe to meet our needs. Overall and great refrigerator by Frigidare.

Overall I™™m satisfied with the fridge. I like how the water and ice in the door is laid out. Top fridge has good storage and organizational option to fit unique needs. My one disappointment is the lack of organizational options for the freezer and I wish the front wall of the top storage bin in the freezer was taller so that you could store more. Given the freezer is more compact due to being a counter flush model, you need every square inch.

Within a couple of days after install we started noticing fresh food items freezing. Temperature was adjusted as high as warm as it would let it go, but still no change. Called warranty number and an repairman was sent out. Something with the thermostat was changed, but still having the same problem. Called repairman back, was told they™™d have to order a control panel. It™™s now going in two months and still waiting for a fix and having to keep fresh food in our old fridge in the garage. We™™re grateful and hopeful Frigidaire will resolve the problem.

The frigerator is nice looking and spacious, but after only 4 months it has developed ice on the inside of the refrigerator behind the vegetable drawer. Extremely disappointed that I'll have to put in a service call for such a new appliance and wonder if they'll be able to prevent it from happening again. It's a real red flag since it's brand new.

Had to replace same refrigerator because the ice maker was corroding the back and could see it freeze over. I™™ve had the refrigerator for a month. Positives - more space overall than the old model. Negatives - water dispenser leaks after use for a few seconds. the light bulb for the water/ice dispenser is already out.

I was initially disappointed that my new kitchen could only accommodate a counter depth refrigerator. However, now that I have it, I couldn't be happier! This shallow fridge amazes me with how much space there actually is! And I actually really love the shallow shelves because nothing gets lost in the back! The freezer is equally surprisingly spacious! I would definitely recommend this refrigerator if you need a counter depth fridge!
