I bought this dishwasher 3 weeks ago. It has been a great addition to our kitchen! It is very quiet and has lots of room. The normal wash does take longer than I am used to, but cleans very well. Express wash is faster, but doesn't dry. I am pleased with the dishwasher and use it daily,

By far the best dishwasher we have ever had in our 45 years of marriage. It cleans the dishes as it is supposed to and you can barely hear it run. The third shelf is great for plastic lids and untinsels.

This product was great while it worked - super quiet. However, we experienced 3 failures of the control module the operates the heated dry function. Whirlpool since replaced the unit with a new one, but it arrived damaged in the box. It appears to have been dropped prior to packaging. The door won't fully open and the spring tension tracking is bent such that I expect it will fail shortly. The technician indicates it is too expensive to repair and recommends replacement. This is now with Whirlpool for consideration to repair or replace but that is going to take 5-10 business days and when they do decide - it will be another 5-10 business days to take action. So I don't have a working dishwasher that I paid for and the replacement dishwasher is sitting in my family room. It shouldn't be that hard to make a decision. I would note that customer service has been great but the decision making process is inconveniently slow. (At the time of writing - we are quickly approaching the holiday season - and we don't want a dishwasher in our family room with guests and family visiting!!!)

I would like for the bottom rack to be more stable. It comes off the rollers too easy. I love the no rinse, just load benefit. I didn't know if I would like the silverware slots, but I love them now. Spoons and forks come out perfect.

A lady walked up to me and told me that she had bought a different one and had to bring it back and then bought this one. She said she loved it and had no complaints. Bought this a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The fit/finish are flawless. Read some previous reviews about the dishes not getting dry. I haven't found this to be the case. I had to stand next to it on the first cycle after installation to make sure it was working. All I could hear was the flow of the water. I couldn't be happier. The installation was super easy. I hope to be purchasing a new stove/refrigerator in the future and will make looking at a KitchenAid a priority.

I bought this about two weeks ago and I'm totally regret that I did. What a waste of time and money!! I wish didn't listen a sales associate and bought LG as I wanted too! Now I am mad every time I do dishes! I tried different cycles, but dishes always come out dirty and soapy, even knowing I always clean up dishes before putting them in dishwasher.

We bought this dishwasher recently and have been very happy with how quiet it is when it is running. We also like that racks allow us to load more dishes that the one we replaced. And the flatware rack spaces the pieces far enough apart that they don't "nest."

We bought this product to replace and upgrade our kitchen appliances. This machine runs very quietly. The third level rack created a bit of a mystery as we often forgot to remove what we placed in this level. We think some items were washed more than once! Following a information video you sent, we started using the ProWash cycle which magically chooses the best run for the dishes that are loaded. We only gave it 4 stars as it runs for such a long time.

I love how quiet the dishwasher is! The 3 racks, large silverware holder and adjustable shelves are great. Now that I realized I had to use a rinsing agent, I know I'll love it even more since my only concern was how wet the inside was even after the drying cycle. Thankfully, the rinsing agent will correct this.

This appliance is super quiet. My only complaints are that the top rack doesn't accommodate much unless it is completely flat. Not even a pancake turner. and I can't fit in a large cookie sheet without the spinner banging against it. Does a great job with cleaning the dishes.

We brought because rinsing washing prior to using wasn't required this dishwasher replaced a 23 year old one We did a lot of research and visiting the big box stores getting input The direction to use the many different cycles is easy to follow in the provided chart This past canning season was a delight due to the sanitation cycle which I used for my jars The upper rack is very easy to lower and raise (I am a petite women and had concerns when full of dishes I would be unable to adjust) no issue
The only thing I haven't figured out is filling the rinse aid not sure if it's the rinse aids pouring ability or the tiny spot to pour into the rinse aid
They say to use for a reason and our glasses come out spotless
Wish we had of fireplaces years ago I now use a dishwasher for its intended purpose Washing dirty dishes NOT as a storing place for food items or cooking containers (didn't use the old one )

This is the quietest dish washer I have ever owned. I especially love the 3rd rack for washing chopsticks. One negative, the washing cycle can take rather long to complete , so you need plan your time.
