Had this about 4 years. Doesn't get the dishes totally clean, a bit noisy. The spring on the door is starting to go out so the door is starting to forcefully open. Was hoping for a longer life on this product.

J'ai gagné ce lave-vaisselle il y a 4 ans. J'ai dû faire changer la pompe il y a 1 an donc à 3 ans de vie. Et dernièrement le batteur du haut à cessé de fonctionné. Nous avons tenté de le faire réparer sans succès. Nous devons donc acheter un nouveau lave-vaisselle. 4 ans de vie pour un lave vaisselle c'est très peu à mon avis. Pour les années qu'il a servi, il fonctionnait très bien et la vaisselle était propre.

Even with the 'Dry' mode engaged, dishes don't fully dry after being washed.
The 'anchor' that keeps the top rack from falling off when fully extended is made of cheap plastic and easily breaks.
The dishwasher's control panel is black and hard to see. It requires a flashlight to see it clearly.

Simple control and program design. Installation is easy. Washing cycle can be set without any problem. The stainless steel finish works well in my kitchen.

This dishwasher came with our appliance package in our new home. The dishwasher is an entry level appliance with basic functions. No bell and whistles but it does a good job at washing the dishes. The heat / dry function seems a bit lacking but that's not the end of the world and I think it saves energy.

We bought a brand new condo and the dishwasher was included. It was pursached by the contractor in 2014 but no one used it until we got the condo in 2017 november. After a few month the dishwasher motor stopped working. In about 7 months it's broken :(.
It's our first dishwasher by whirlpool not too sure about the quality of the machine.
Whashed ok while it worked.

I bought a dishwasher and it was installed. Tried to run it after the installers left. Wouldn't run. Service person came out and said the motor is dead. How can a motor die in a dishwasher that never was out of the box? Terrible

This dishwasher came with our home when we closed almost two years ago. Just recently it started making a funny squeal noise that has somehow spontaneously resolved. It does seem to take a long time to cycle through but it does a good job. It doesn't leave any residue or food on any dishes.

The new addition to our home is our dishwasher.It is so quiet that one time I went back into the kitchen to see if I had pressed the start button(lol).The cycles clean well.I gave a 10 rating,but if Whirlpool can design a better upper tray to handle coffee mugs/glasses with more tilt, it seems the water gets trapped on the bottom rims.Other than that an excellent buy for us

Bought a new hone. Was recommended whirlpool. Not fully satisfied.
1) Noisy.
2) Not always clean. Tried several soaps. And it actually the machine.
3)Time is long for cycles in comparison to quality of performance and amount of water being used

Depending on how you look at it; the draw back is that the smell of the dirty food, even when dishes are rinsed off stays in the dishwasher. I also wish there was an option for an additional drying, ya know how it goes with plastic Tupperware on the top rack.

This is just about the quietest dishwasher I ever had. The cleaning power is really great. I would have like at least one row of folding tines. The upper tines do not have much variation. As a result many of my large rim glasses or cups do not fit. It is a real struggle to find a place to get them all in.

Can't wait to get rid of it.. Along with the Whirlpool fridge. Fridge doesn't not cool/freeze properly and we cannot find anyone to fix it. Whirlpool wants us to find someone /pay them and get reimbursed and the appliance is only a few months old. Horrible experience. Appliances were purchased with our modular home. STAY AWAY!

Lights flash, then lights go out. Does not work. Electrical problem Builder says he will replace. Whirlpool offered to come fix it, but waiting for builder to do his thing. Whirlpool was very friendly and helpful.
