I find the cutlery container rather big and cumbersome. Like the slotted one for knives, but not for spoons and forks. Could be separated into two containers.

We've had this about 6 months and have had to call for repair due to incomplete draining. Prior to the service call, this dishwasher was super quiet, but after is noticeably louder. The quiet feature was a huge deciding factor when we purchased it & now we're disappointed with it. As far as cleaning goes, it's ok. Sometimes it cleans well, sometimes it doesn't.

I had this dishwasher installed about one month ago.
It replaced my 17 year old dishwasher.
The first thing I noticed was how quiet it is during operation.
I have used the 1 hour wash and the light cycle and both have produced good results.

I have had nothing but problems with this order every since I bought it. When the delivery people came to install the product it was damaged. The delivery guy was very unprofessional and rude to me, also telling me that I needed to remove some molding before the install can take place. I did not accept the product since it was damaged. Now I had to wait so that meant being with out a dishwasher for the Christmas Holidays. After being pushed back a few times it was delivered on 1/9. When the delivery guy came in (at my house a 2nd time) he told me that they could not install it because of an elevated floor. The product works good but something really needs to be done on how this process was handled. I would like to hear a response back from you.

Our old Whirlpool was very noisy but did a good job so when it died we bot a new Whirlpool which does a better job and is super quiet. I no longer have to turn the TV up when the dishwasher is running.

This was bought in October and we have had a while to get used to it. We love how well it cleans, and stays clean, and how quiet it is. However, there are some things we miss about our old dishwasher: because of the design, we could add more dishes, especially on the bottom. The wires on the bottom are pretty far apart, which means you have to careful what you put down there: nothing too small, or it will poke through, or even fall through. Our other dishwasher was better that way. Also, on the top, the shelves are not flat, which makes it hard to put wine glasses in.

I have had this dishwasher for a bit more than a week now. I love how quiet it is and how sparkling clean everything is when the wash cycle is done. The regular cycles take awhile, but work well. Watch out for the detergent you use if you wash on the 1 hour cycle. One type that I used caused the soap to create too many suds and the bubbles started to leak out of the machine. Had the dishwasher installed through Home Depot Canada and was happy with the service.
