After my last dryer quit I was surprised to find this one six weeks ago that will remove wrinkles. It dries my clothes quicker and it is a great addition to my household.

It's been a great product. We use it for cleaning sports, clothes, towels, bed linens & everyday laundry for a family of 5 with frequent guests. I can't say enough!

This dryer is very easy to use. I love everything about it. I was surprised of the depth of it. My top loader wasn't as deep and this took up a bit more room than I anticipated.

This dryer works perfectly, no complaints. It plays a little tune when you start or finish a load and just makes you sort or happy to use it! Large in size, can handle large loads!

I have had this dryer for 6 months now. Just had to have the motherboard replaced and while he was in there he noticed the belt was almost shredded. Not really impressed and waiting response about extending my warranty or complete replacement!

I bought this dryer on clearance after my 7 year old gas (not a Whirlpool) died, and it wasn't worth fixing. I've been using it since February and I am very pleased. While I initially thought the "refresh steam" seemed silly, it is perfect for refreshing a pair of jeans or sweater, or a shirt I don't have time to iron. Good job, Whirlpool!

I worried about how easy to use a new dryer would be, especially one with so many features. But I love it. It is so easy to use, everything is just a push button away and it makes it so for the very first time I am actually setting the dryer for each load of laundry that goes in and not just a general dryer setting for everything.

This is the best dryer I have owned. I seem to have bad luck with dryers and have had many, but this time I think I have a winner. Not only is it quiet (a necessity with a napping toddler in the house) but it is efficient. I look forward to trying all the settings. So far it has met all my expectations with the added benefit of being a source of entertainment as my grandson watches his favorite blanket and an occasional stuffed animal go around and around and around...

Dryer is doing an excellent job! Clothes that needed 'touching up' with an iron can now be worn fresh out of the machine! Wrinkles? Hit the steam, touch up & they go away!

I never thought that I would gush over a clothes dryer! Every time I use it I am absolutely amazed! Never before have I had an appliance that kept surprising me time after time. No wrinkles, EVER! Somehow this machine knows exactly when all the clothes are dry, even if I programmed it for a shorter time. It warns me that the clothes need a little more time or are done before the time I set it for. And I just love the melodies it plays. Love, love, love this dryer

Bought this to replace a similar brand dryer that broke down and never did dry clothes well. This dryer is so much quieter. It is gentler on our clothes and the steam feature actually refreshes and takes wrinkles out of clothes. We are very happy with our purchase. Pleased with quality, performance and a good price.

I have had the Whirlpool 9400 Duet dryer for roughly a month. It is quiet and completes its tasks in a normal time range. It also has the steam option to help keep wrinkles at bay but I haven't really had a chance to try this option out yet. This dryer replaced a Whirlpool 9200 series that had issues after roughly 6 - 6 1/2 years. Hopefully this dryer will last at least as long, if not longer.

I bought this to replace a 12-year old gas dryer. I bought the electric version as it was a floor model with a great price from Lowes. The unit works great and looks good. I have not used the steam feature, so I can't comment on that yet. I also purchased the matching washing machine and the units look very classy and elegant. Not something I would have thought to say about a washer and dryer. But seriously, they do look really nice!

As a fan of Whirlpool products, choosing them for my new stacked washer and dryer was easy. Both work well and since I live in an arid climate I simply leave the washer door open slightly and the rubber gasket does not mold at all.
