This range is easy to operate. It has a nice appearance. The warming burner is a neat bonus feature. It's so easy to keep clean. Although it takes a while to pre-heat, I'm so happy to have this upgraded appliance in my life.

I've had my new range for a month now and I'm quite satisfied. The smooth top is easy to clean and keep clean, once you figure out the cleaning regimen that works for you. I try to wipe up spills or drippings as soon as they happen, which makes it easier to clean up after cooking.For tough burnt-on spills, I use a bit of bathroom scouring powder on a damp sponge. Any left over tough spots are easily removed with any of the magic eraser sponges. Same for the oven. Contrary to what I have read in other reviews, the smooth top does not scratch easily. At least the scouring powders I use have not scratched mine. Initially, finding the right knob to turn on the right burner was a nuisance, but I have gotten used to that. The oven seems to take a bit longer to heat that other ranges I had in the past. Those are not big issues. I am enjoying this product and recommend it to others.

The cleaning of the glass cooktop is a little tricky but if you purchase a cooktop cleaning product it's s breeze to clean and keep clean. Beautiful Oven but scratches SUPER easy

We have had this oven not even 3 weeks. I just noticed today that the two front burners are scratched badly. I'm so disappointed as I know they're just going to continue to look worse and worse and within a year I'm sure the stove top is going to look horrific. I'm not even sure how it got scratched so badly already as we haven't used it much, and it's not like we are taking pots and pushing them back and forth over the stove top :-/. Don't have the money to keep buying new stoves hoping their stove tops hold up better either... other than those flaws, we love the oven. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly!

I bought this range about a month ago. I wanted all of my appliances to match and the Whirlpool had a great selection of stainless steel fingerprint resistant appliances. The range had some great features such as the frozen bake technology. I don't have to preheat. Just push start and go.

Bought about 6 weeks ago. Looks great and LOVE the cook-top, have used a lot and so far no scratches and it cleans up great with just a wet paper towel and a little dish soap. My tip to no scratches is to make sure you don't use old cookware on the new cook-top. Invest is some new cookware. Love the dual elements. Oven heats fast/cooks evenly. There are 3 small reasons for 4 star rating. #1. The timer alarm is not loud at all, just a chime that goes off a couple times and then stops. I actually was in the back of the house one time and totally did not hear it at all, and I only have a 1200 sq ft house, so if you have a bigger house or you are maybe upstairs, you will not hear the alarm (I set a Google Home alarm instead, that I hear). #2. Although the oven heats up fast and seems to cook evenly, it makes some type of strange ticking noise the whole time, like there is a heating coil in there making the noise as it heats up or cools off. Maybe it will go away with time and usage, not sure... and #3. The bottom storage drawer is just feels really cheap, like it will not last long. Size of drawer is OK, but in order to open it you really have to put your fingers on a raw edge of the metal and pull out., it's hard to describe ... Anyway, hoping the ticking does away with time, working on covering the metal edge of the drawer with something, and using Google Home alarm.

We have had this for less than a month. Cooktop works well, but oven made intermittent screeching noise when warming up. Wasn't super loud, but I certainly noticed it. Whirlpool sent a local repair man ( I bought the warranty) who told me they have had several complaints about this same issue. The heating element expands and rubs against the holder. He filed the offending part, and that seemed to work. Hopefully Whirlpool will remediate this problem in the factory before shipping the product. I like the simplicity of the controls, and the fact that this oven has a braided gasket, not rubber, on the oven door.
