Have not had this very long but so far it's good. The only thing I don't like is that you can fill detergent for load and go but not the fabric conditioner. So if you have to still fill the top for the fabric conditioner you might as well just load the soap too.

Had soaked clothes with 2 of first four loads. Called for repair the first week-and before service arrived-had the Load and Go had dumped my detergent on my floor. Waiting for repairs to come. Very disappointed as my last Whirlpool was great for 13 years!

My Whirlpool 2006 Duet quit and the part I needed had been disconntinued. Compared to the Whirlpool 2006 Duet, my new Whirpool washer is very cheaply made and takes twice as long to wash a load of clothes. The back of the base is open, leaving the contents open to dust and spiders, and the depth of the base is shorter than the washer. The base does not open & close as smooth as the Duet. The washer is level but SHAKES when washing a normal load. Being America made no long represents quality.

I bought the washer and dryer and in a month the control panel continuously malfunctions. I requested a replacement was told no as it was 2 days after the return policy of one month. Still waiting for it to be fixed, it's been a month!

We purchased this after having a Samsung Front Load Washer for 8 years. I have to compare it to my Samsung. I believe the front panel computer is faulty. Sometimes some buttons work and sometimes they don't. I could not get Extra Rinse to work and I have never heard a signal when the load was done. I called Lowes to report problems. They had me to call Whirlpool and Whirlpool set up an appointment for a service call. After that, the Extra Rinse button worked so I thought well the problem is over. So I cancelled the service call. Now, sometimes the button works and sometimes it does not work. The signal at the end of the cycle still has never been heard so I don't know if it's set or not. I love the Load and Go feature. I do not like the way the detergent/softener/bleach drawer is designed. You put your hand into the top of it, instead of underneath, like the Samsung.
That means that the place where you put your hand is always catching dust and dirt. I am very disappointed with this washer. One of the big problems is that two of the front buttons have dual usage. These are the two that I have the most trouble with. I feel like it was very poorly designed for my needs. I wish I had known all of this before I purchased this set.

I bought this machine to replace my top loader. I am still struggling as it gets imbalanced quiet often. I called Home depot but they are unable to help.My question is if i can't load and go its a hassle. I have to keep an eye on the machine so it should not get imbalanced.I am using it on medium spin , I don't know what will happen if it on high spin cycle.

Spin cycle.. doesn't handle loads very well..I can only wash light loads,, and I mean really light loads in the regular/ normal cycle or it won't spin dry.. have to reset it to the spin dry cycle to get it to spin. So I wash all in heavy loads... but the washing is good

I bought a new Whirlpool washing machine on October 30, 2019. Less than 3 weeks later, door would not lock so machine could not start. Of course, it happened on a Saturday night so NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE ON YOUR STUPID HELP LINE (closed until Monday morning). Pathetic support, even worse appliance that was NOT cheap. Will
never buy a Whirlpool appliance again. Now, in the middle of winter, I have to buy another machine. I am disgusted with your appliance and service.

Replaced another whirlpool front load washer. This is so much more quiet. Love the Load and Go detergent feature. After back surgery it is difficult to lift laundry jugs. Load this dispenser and you are good for many many loads! The steam clean feature is a great bonus also!

Bought this 4 months ago. Works well and love the Load & Go feature as well as ease of use and capacity, but 2 weird things happened:
- two times, the washer leaked. After checking, it did not come from the from the door, and not from the water connections (in and out). So... it was leaking from below, which is weird. We drained the filter (we found nothing that would have blocked proper drainage) and it worked well after, but it was weird.
- once, on normal cycle, it was stuck in an infinite loop at 22 minutes remaining... realized that after a while and stooped cycle. Happened only once, but not very reassuring.

it took my husband 2 weeks to set me up & it was very easy to do.love that it came with a manuel. so far, I've had problems with LO FL going off when i use the towel setting. I followed the directions in the manuel, but was unable to reset. I didn't have a phone at the time, so I ended up turning off the power & use a short wash to complete without a problem.

I had an early model Whirlpool Duet for 16 years before the washer finally failed and over that time only had 1 service call due to a draining issue and little footy socks were the cause so no failure on the appliance. I will buy Whirlpool every time.

I've been using the washer for about 4 months. Instructions lack a bit of useful information, and it would have made getting started a little easier if the chimes and indications were spelled out... start and no start sound very much alike. Also not so keen on all the songs the new appliances want to play. Cleans well and has an abundant choice of cycles!!! LoadnGo... meh!

I was hesitant to get another front load washer because I have not had good success with them in the past. I have been pleasantly surprised, however, with this washer. It actually gets the clothes clean the first time. I am so glad I decided to try a front load washer again.

The washer does all that it is supposed to. Unfortunately the enclosed drain hose wasn't long enough even though the machine is on a pedestal and the drain isn't that high. I had to get a longer one and waisted a day I could have been washing
