My wife and I got this machine right before we were married. We've had it 3 1/2 years and have had it several issues with it over the years. Since the day we got at the front door has leaked on occasion typically a cap full or two of water but it still happens. I have had multiple error codes over the years and you will definitely need to run the cleaning tablets every month as prescribed. If the filter basket gets clogged in any way the only way to access it is by removing the top and front panel of the machine there is no longer a quick access door.access I've had to replace the relay for the pump when you it continued to have issues. Fortunately it was a $20 part and easy to install. The panel board has multiple issues and we frequently have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to reset.

We purchased two years ago and last week was her completely stopped working. Repairman says it's the control board and it will cost $600 to fix. Very unhappy! How can a $1000 washer do this?

The washer has many different features and it's fun to use--selecting speeds and fans, delaying start time. The only thing I don't like is I can't wash just one item at a time because the front loader requires balance.

Whirlpool makes most brands you know. Front loading washers have always had issues with water leaks (google it). Keep the seal and inside of the glass clean (as in wipe after every load). A little noisier than most.

We bought this machine to replace our old Whirlpool washing machine. The pedestal was interchangeable which was great and saved us some money. Our old washing machine lasted 10 years and I don't see any reason this one won't last that long as well.

this unit was a replacement for Whirlpool WFW95HEXW2 which was deemed Beyond Economical Repair. This new unit is working great. The biggest issue we have is that there is no internal light. The internal light is a wonderful feature when you do have light restrictions in your laundry room area.

Really like my new Duet. Only thing I do not like is the fact that after I run the air dryer cycle for at least 2 hours, leave the door open and the detergent dispenser drawer open, there is still quite a bit of water in the detergent dispenser drawer. I have to remove it, empty the water and leave in the sink to dry out. I had mould issues with my old Duet, and don't want the new machine to end up the same way.

I didn't know how bad my old machine was until I got this Washing Machine! It has lots of features including FanFresh that keeps the clothes smelling great even if they sit overnight. I use the cold wash most of the time and my towels have never smelled fresher. The machine is quiet and the spin cycle doesn't cause the machine to "walk all over" when the load isn't balanced. The price was reasonable for the quality and I've always trusted the Whirlpool name. My only regret is that I waited so long to get a new machine!

Second Whirlpool front loader and I loved my old one too. This one is even better. Quiet and clothes are practically dry after the spin cycle. Nice design and signal sounds are kind of neat. Also Eco friendly. Haven't had the opportunity to use all the cycles yet. I think it cleans the clothes even than before.

Always had great fortune with the Duet product line. Machine has lots of options and runs like a champ. Our last Duet lasted 9 years before we went with a color change. Yeah, I know. A stupid reason to buy a new washer but it keeps the wife happy. Sold the older model to a neighbor. It lasted another 4 years for a family of 6. We used it 6-7 times a week all those years. This machine is the best.

I bought this 11 months ago and I have had to have it repaired twice, and now it needs it again. The first time it took six weeks to get my washer back. The repair service had to take it in order to install a new drum. Very disappointed with this model. I've had duets before and loved
