Great for a large family

This dryer is great. The time it takes to dry is the equivalent of what it takes to wash the clothes so when one load is done being washed the load in the dryer is already done. Handles large loads like a no other dryer on the market. Must have for large families.

Heating Element Out

Right after my warranty ran out the heating element went out causing me to pay for repairs. I do feel like an appliance I paid this much for has parts that flaw within 1 1/2 years of ownership.

Samsung 9100 Dryer

This dryer has a large capacity and many great settings and features. The one big problem is that the front load door does not stay all the way shut. There is something wrong with the latch and it stays slightly open even if it is shut firmly. This causes the interior light to stay on and the dE (open door) code to appear, not allowing you to run a cycle because the machine thinks the door is open.

Does not produce steam.

My clothes turn out to be soak at wet after a steam cycle. I followed all troubleshooting suggestions and can not get any results. I notice that cold water it sprayed onto the cloths but all that does is keep them wet after a cycle. This is very disappointing for me because I was excited about this feature.
