happy with the size of this product. fits well in our manufactured home with a upper cabinet limiting the height.
my only complaint is that it makes random noise. we did not hook up the ice maker as there is no line. it makes noises from that area.

i sent you the warranty info. you still show it is expired 11/30/2021 i order this on 11/15/2021 and got it on 11/20/2021 so 10 days warranty this sucks

we definitely needed a new refrigerator since our old one was over 35 years old and starting to fail. our new samsung refrigerator has a larger capacity and still fits into the same space. we are very happy with it.

as i read around, it seems problems with samsung ice makers is a common theme. purchased refrigerator in april of 2020. sometime in spring of 2021, ice maker ceased to function. press and hold reset button for 30 seconds did nothing, no tones. removed power for 10 minutes and plugged back in, then ice maker functioned again overnight. late july of 2021, ice maker again ceases to function. this time, again no tone from press/hold test button. remove power from unit for 2+ minutes. ice maker still not functioning. expect ice maker to function till about the time warranty expires i guess. this is the 4th samsung electronic/appliance we have purchased. 3/4 have had issues. i don't think i'll be back.

we have been having constant trouble w water pooling in/under the fruit/vegetable compartments since just beyond the 1yr warranty. callling customer service is no help, i was told to find a repair person in my area which i did, for $175, & he was able to defrost the ice line & noted this is a constant issue with samsung refrigerators. his advice was to empty/unplug the fridge a few times/yr to defrost it. we recently did so & it did not fix the issue. we will no longer rely on samsung for quality products as we have in the past.

the fridge broke after being used for 5 months. dealing with samsung pro customer service as well as case management dept was a nightmare. i would not recommend buying this or any other samsung product, ever!
after reporting to samsung that it was broken on dec 7 2020, i struggled to get and result from this company. after 4 case numbers and over 8 weeks without a fridge we recieved a refund. samsung did not refund the full purchase price. literally lost money on this purchase.

fridge with great capacity, dissapointed that it doesn't work with the smart things app, handles may come off occasionally, fingerprint resistance works well but will get worse after a while. the only control is temperature and thats a bust because it only has seven options with now way to make it precise. would reccomend if you want a nice fridge but not too fancy.

i purchased this unit as a replacement for my side by side. it was the perfect fit for my kitchen. hours after the initial setup freezer got nice and cold however refrigerator stayed warm. i ended up calling for support within 1 week of having this unit. service call was almost 2 weeks out and ended with needing a motherboard which needed to be ordered. i was still within 30 days of purchase and i was able to return the unit to the store. i ended up with a completely different brand / different unit because i could no longer afford to not have a working refrigerator. disappointed with this purchase.

first 2 yrs was fine. 2 years + 1 month, started finding water sitting in the bottom shelves of the fridge.
after a vacation came back to find kitchen floor had pudles around the fridge.
(we did not have it connected to any water source, ice maker is not on).
now once a month we have to de-ice the bottom of the fridge, pour out the drawers (which are now unusable).
i will never buy a samsung fridge again. our last fridge was over 10 yrs old and worked fine until the condensers gave out.

The fridge looks great and runs great. It is one of the only French door refrigerators that would fit in our kitchen and we have been very pleased with it. It runs very quietly and has a large amount of room on the inside.

I have received many compliments on the black stainless finish! It looks like a charcoal gray and fits in very well with our counter tops. We have a honey oak wood floor in the kitchen; other floor colors may make it look a bit different because the finish is a bit reflective. It doesn't show fingerprints, magnets will stick to the doors and sides and is easy to clean. The only negative is that when we open the freezer, sometimes pieces of ice go flying out of the back of the ice bucket and land on the bottom of the freezer. We have to get down on the floor and use a yard stick to knock them out the front. Our workaround is to turn off the ice maker for a while so the bucket doesn't get too full. Not ideal but a workable solution for us.

Like the French door design. Spacious for a smaller fridge. Only disappointment is the slow cycle for making ice. Seems to take forever just to make a few cubes. Have to buy bags of ice for parties!

There was nothing wrong with my old fridge except it was not this Samsung. The Black Stainless does not show fingerprints and looks elegant, even in MY kitchen. We had a small space and it works. I can see everything easily and don't have to almost stand on my head like i did with old fridge, to see on bottom shelf. I never had an ice maker so that is a plus. I am so glad i purchased this fridge and would recommend to anyone.

Changed from a cramped Side by Side refrigerator to the Samsung RF220 and what a difference. The Samsung has so much more space for the same 22 Cu Ft. and has an elegant design, look and finish in the black stainless steel. Took the contents of the side by side and put it all back into the Samsung with so much room to spare! Like the features of open door alert and it also lets you know when it is getting too warm (so close the door!). Price was reasonable and is a good value as well.

Disappointed with the freezer. Temperature fluctuates from 10 degrees F to -10 degrees F at any time. Ice cream is too hard to scoop. Ice maker made ice 3 times in one day and stopped working and hasn't worked in a month. Owned this refridgerator for only a month. It was the only model I could buy because of the space I had available. I wish there was another option with this style refridgerator.
