I love the look, but the Machine didn't last long

i got my machine a while back, it was great, quite, effective, nice to look at. but out of the blue it started vibrating so hard that it stretched out the river that the foot screws into. the first time it ever had an issue. i had called for it to be serviced, they came out and serviced it, and it still continued to shake, like crazy, and rhe drum bounces around off of the exterior cage. i have had multiple service techs out and they have thrown all kinds of parts at it and rhe issue continues.

Love my new washer, I have a family of five and I am able to do bigger loads of laundry. I am scared though about having problems with it, just because my mom has had problems with her front load washer. But so far I Love Love Love my washer!

I researched many washing machines and found this is excellent in term of value for money. I have 5-6 family member living together and we need to use many times so this model having huge capacity and save time and also saves electricity. The machine is very quite and I can site in same room and talk to my friends without disturbance.

This is a great washer and dryer combination that can handle multiple loads in a single go; My wife loves this. Most people do not opt for this as this is slightly wider than standard washers/dryers and some of the home doors may not be wide enough to accommodate the same; fortunately I did not have this issue. Has been great for the month or so I have had this

I have a large family and struggled to keep up with the chores. I decided to give this Washer a try. This machine washes more, takes less time and gets the clothes cleaner than our top-loader ever did! The cycle options are endless. It can wash my King Size Comforter easily. Using this machine gives me more time for other activities. I did buy the matching dryer, it is also a must-have.

I waited a year to write my review, I have purchased several washer and dryer sets over the period of 15 years or so and I finally decided to spend a little more money to get a product that will last more than a few years and die on me. While it's only been a year, I am totally satisfied. It holds and cleans large loads. It's sleek and easy on the eyes. The only thing I don't like is you have to wipe down between each use and let it air dry or it starts to smell like mildew.

This washing machine will not disappoint. It provides you with a large capacity to take on the largest of loads with some great options (steam/sanatize) to clean with. I can't speak to the longevity of the machine. However, if it performs like it cleans in regard to reliability, then it is definitely a grand slam!

love everything about this washer and dryer, but i wish it would display, until you open the door that the cycle is over...i can't tell you how many times my husband has loaded his dirty clothes over my fresh laundered clothes. ugh
i also wish the music didn't last so long, it gets annoying.

Normally, I purchase large items with my American Express Card. Since I purchased this washer through the Builder Sales of Pacific Sales, I used a check. At the 13 month mark, the door would not lock. There is no error code to advise us of the problem. We called A local appliance repair, and they tried a new door lock. Didn't work, and they didn't charge us. Said it will be a very expensive board. He was great! Machine sucks!!!

This is my first Samsung Washer purchase. I did a lot of reviews and research before making this purchase. I can tell you I am very happy with my selection! The machine looks great, works as described, is simple and elegant. I can't get over the capacity! In fact, the delivery guy says that he has delivered many of these machines and everyone is very happy with them. He also said these are some of the largest capacities he has seen and he does this for a living. I was able to get a great value for my purchase. The only other "wish list" item I would have is for the touch screen and Wi-Fi capability to come with this model, but I decided to forgo that since the model Samsung that does have with this didn't meet all my other needs. I like the simplistic approach Samsung took to this with clean lines and modern appearance. The illuminated light inside the drum is so elegant. This model still has the Smartcare feature which tells you with your iPhone if your machine needs any adjustments. Nice! I am overall very happy with this purchase. Thank you Samsung for making really amazing products!
