like the other, vang. second everything the user said. washer is a trash. servicing option is horrible. year later it stopped working efficiently. loud noise, tub seems loose, water left even when complete?! i haven't reached out to costco to see if they can help. i will do it now..

A peace of trash

i got both washer and dryer at costco in may 2019. the dryer got broken 2 twice in 2 yrs(no heat) the washer just broken after 2 years, in 12/2021, the tub makes loud noises during spinning and the clothes are supper wet after washed. this is a piece of trash, after costco 2 yrs warranty, you have to through it away....very disappointed.
