I purchased my oven 5 years ago. The oven light does't work, the self cleaning unit works sporadically. The worse thing, last night the front door window shattered all over my kitchen. No one was standing beside it.

Middle glass pane shattered when we were cooking - have never hit or banged the glass just happened when the oven was on - cut my dogs foot. Would appreciate if a staff member could reach out to help fix this issue

Oven glass exploded, oven was not on. Children and wife in the kitchen in front of oven when this glass suddenly erupted, shooting glass at not only my wife and child but clear into my leaving room. Will be calling as this is not okay!!They need to remedy this situation, otherwise I will be seeking a lawyer for traumatizing not only my wife but my young son.

Received a new fridge that appeared to have an issue with the gasket. Service tech came out in a reasonable amount of time and determined there was a factory defect with the body of the fridge. Complete replacement was requested by tech and Frigidaire should be replacing and hauling away the defect soon. Pleased with everyone involved and the outcome of the situation.
